    Poor Service Recently ordered hot sandwiches, drinks and muffin for lunch for my wife and I. Order was put on counter and waitress walked off - no idea if it was our order or not! Asked the guy (manager?) who was doing the drinks and he replied "no idea I just do the drinks"! Our muffin never arrived and no-one seemed that bothered until I made a fuss about it. Need to buck up their ideas - paying customers are important although that doesn't seem to be the case for Starbucks!
